Posted On July 3, 2021
This is the moment you’ve all been waiting for: the Rugby World Cup.
With just two weeks left until the tournament kicks off, the Rugby Football Union (RFU) has released its final match schedule, which gives you a quick look at how the teams will play.
Here’s everything you need to know: who are the teams?
The two teams to make it through are Ireland and Scotland, who are both based in Ireland and both have won the Rugby Championship the past two years.
Scotland are a team of highly experienced rugby players, who won their first two World Cups.
They are currently ranked seventh in the world and will face a tough task to reach the final against Ireland, who were previously knocked out of the tournament in 2014 by Italy.
Ireland have won two of their last three World Cups, but it was the 2012 tournament that put them in the final.
Who are the opponents?
The three teams in the competition are Ireland, Wales and Scotland.
There are five teams in total who are playing in their first World Cup, but only Wales have qualified for the tournament since 2009.
Why are they there?
Wales are a young team who have made it to the final of the World Cups before.
They were seeded in the group stages of last year’s tournament and were knocked out by England in the quarter-finals.
The two teams who have been playing each other in the past three World Cup finals have all been victorious in the World Rugby Championship, including the 2014 final between England and Scotland which the Scots won.
What are the odds?
It’s worth pointing out that the Scottish Rugby Championship is not the World Series of Rugby.
This is an international tournament and has more of an international feel.
This is also the first time that Ireland and Wales will meet in the tournament, which means that both teams are playing with the advantage of being based in different countries.
Is there a maximum number of teams that can play in a World Cup?
Yes, there is a maximum of four teams in each tournament, with the winner of the previous World Cup playing in the next one.
So what’s the best place to watch the Rugby Championships?
The Rugby World Series is a semi-professional tournament that takes place every two years in England.
It is organised by the World Championship and has a maximum capacity of 80 teams, with teams from around the world playing each others matches.
Will the teams be playing in a semi or a finals format?
For the first tournament in 2021, Ireland will play against Scotland, Wales, England and the UK in the semi-finals, while Scotland and Wales play against each other for the final, in the finals.
Should I book my hotel?
If you are staying at the Ritz Carlton in London or The Ritz in Dublin, you can book your hotel rooms online and pay for the flight to Dublin.
If your hotel is a short distance away, you could book in advance and book online.
Do I need to bring a TV?
Not unless you want to watch on TV.
If you do, you’ll need to have a TV with a decent picture and have an internet connection, which can be found in your local currency.
Which countries are participating in the Rugby tournaments?
Ireland, Wales (excluding Northern Ireland), Scotland, Italy and Italy (including Northern Ireland) What will be the main goalposts in the Six Nations?

Can Scotland win a Six Nations Championship?
Scotland have won four titles in a row since they won the 2015 Six Nations final, while England have won all three of the matches they have played so far.
In 2019, Scotland defeated England in a thrilling final, but they were defeated in the decider by England, who had been knocked out in the previous two tournaments.
Italy are also expected to be favourites to win the Six, although they will be looking to bounce back after being knocked out at the quarter finals in 2018.
How much money will be on offer?
In 2021, there will be a maximum amount of money available for the Six nations, with each team receiving around £20 million.
